DirectHomeMarket is a property advertising and connection platform for owners in the USA, Canada and Australia. By using the site you agree to the following plain-language terms.

What the site is

DirectHomeMarket helps property owners advertise directly and connect with potential buyers and renters. It does not act as your real-estate agent, broker, lawyer, conveyancer or financial advisor, and it is not a party to any transaction between owners and buyers.

Posting property

Posting a property is currently free. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for having the right to advertise the property, and for complying with applicable local laws. Listings must not be misleading or fraudulent.

Buyers and renters

Buyers and renters must verify ownership, title, property information and all other important details independently, and should use licensed professionals for any transaction.

Removal

We may remove listings or accounts that break these terms or that appear fraudulent.
